| The kitchen is
mostly installed before the walls go on. Everything is accessible
after the walls are added but it is faster to install it before
the walls go on. |

The vinyl is applied after the floor
has been floated with wood filler and sanded smooth so no joins in
the sub-floor or hardware will show through. |

|
The floor mounted cabinets are added
on top of the vinyl flooring. If you decide to use vinyl outside
the cabinets they use one unbroken sheet. |

The oak floor is cut and fitted one
piece at a time without any glue. Once the entire floor has been
cut and set in place it is taped together and moved to a sheet of
cardboard. The entire floor is then cleaned again and the glue is
applied to one section at a time. The oak is then transferred to
the glued area and each piece is nailed down in addition to the
glue. | |

If you select a rear kitchen you can
have the propane tank slide tucked under the corner of the kitchen
cabinets. It is installed in a galvanized box that is covered with
the same carpet they use in the basement. This uses the corner
space that is usually hard to get into and makes changing propane
tanks a breeze. If you opt for a center kitchen they mount the
tanks in a slide in the basement. |

This is the kitchen Corian being
assembled prior to going into the trailer. The Corian tops are
available in several colors and with several edge treatments. Our
first Automate had the fluted edges and they looked great, they
were however hard to keep clean. On this trailer we opted for the
rounded edges, they look good too and are much easier to keep
looking nice. | |

The bathroom sink Corian is receiving
it's final polish prior to being installed. |
