Frame

Automate constructs the frame from steel square and rectangular tubing, no C-channel or angle iron. Each section is individually cut and mounted into a alignment jig before being welded. Once the frame is welded and the suspension mounts are attached it is painted and then undercoated. Once the undercoating dries the Automate air ride suspension is attached to your choice of axles, standard or oil and several different weight classes, not to mention the choice of two or three axles in the larger units.
